Read-only by construction. leancosts never mutates a customer cloud resource. Recommendations become guided CLI kits you review and run. This is enforced in code, not by convention.
Every claim is defendable. Realized savings trace to an executed change and a measurable cost delta. Change requests are dual-control and ledgered.
Confidence over volume. Low-confidence findings are withheld by default. A wrong recommendation costs more trust than a missed one earns.
One canonical cost model. Azure is the reference cloud; AWS, GCP, and OCI adapt their inputs into the same shared model.
